I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and in good condition, with comfortable beds to lay tired bodies. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as having rooms with bathtubs. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a good selection of items to choose from.

Everything was alright.

Spent my Xmas holiday at a hotel and it was a great deal! First of all, the hotel had a fantastic pool that was perfect for a refreshment in the hot sun. the staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was pretty good too, near all sorts of restaurants and shops. Plus, there was plenty of space in the room, making it super comfortable.

There were a couple of things I didn't love about the hotel. the bathroom was pretty old and could use some updating.

Had a great Easter weekend! the hotel had an amazing pool, perfect for swimming in the hot weather. the location was super convenient, as we were close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any requests.

Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and provided a smooth check-in process, ensuring that my room was in good condition and even equipped with a bathtub.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Aman Central mall and some tourist attractions are also within reach. Guests can also enjoy spacious rooms and some facilities, including fast internet and large LCD TVs.

The amenities and furniture in the rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, which can be a turn off for some guests.

The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service and food were good. Staff member Firdaus was a great help with good English communication. The location near Masjid Zahir was convenient.
